Multigrain Sourdough Rye Bread
Our Multigrain Sourdough Rye Bread is one of the most famous breads in Germany, though our US customers enjoy it just as much. This bread contains flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats. The unique crunch on the outside paired with its soft inside brings you a dreamy consistency with a taste you will love.
Important: We recommend freezing this bread. Please do not refrigerate. Refrigerating this bread will result in a shorter shelf life and dryness.
Option 1: Immediately freeze the Multigrain Sourdough Rye Bread upon arrival. Keep the bread frozen and remove from the freezer up until 12 hours before consuming. Slice the bread if you wish. Toasting the slice(s) in a toaster before consuming is recommended for a fresh taste. The Multigrain Sourdough Rye Bread will keep fresh for 1 year from arrival date, if frozen.
Option 2: Upon arrival, place your bread in the oven at 300°F (300° C) for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Cut the bread in slices and enjoy immediately.
The Multigrain Sourdough Rye Bread can be sliced and served with butter. You can also enjoy it with cold cuts or sweet spreads.
